Refund Policy

Simple terms. No surprises.

Card payments (Stripe)

If you paid with a card, you have 14 days from your purchase date to request a full refund. No questions asked.

Email support@hugin.nu with your account hint (the last segment of your account ID, e.g. 3A7F2B1C) and your approximate purchase date. That's all we need.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Cryptocurrency payments (BTCPay)

Bitcoin and Monero transactions are irreversible by nature. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be refunded. This is stated clearly on the checkout page before you pay.

Pro license structure

Pro is prepaid. You buy 1–36 months upfront. There is no auto-renewal, no recurring charge, no surprise billing. When your time runs out, you're back on Community. Nothing happens automatically.

Free trial

The 14-day Pro trial requires no payment method. If you don't like it, just stop using it. There's nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

Compatibility issues

If Hugin doesn't work on your system and you've paid for Pro, reach out to support@hugin.nu. We'll try to fix it. If we can't, we'll refund you regardless of payment method timeline.

Student grants

Student Pro access is free. There's nothing to refund.

Fraudulent transactions

If you see a charge from Hugin that you didn't authorize, contact support@hugin.nu immediately.
