Response times

We're a small team. Expect a response within 48 hours for support requests and 24 hours for security reports. GitHub issues are triaged weekly.

What we don't need

We never need your full account ID — just the last segment (the hint). We never ask for passwords (there are none). We never ask for payment card numbers. If someone asks for any of these claiming to be Hugin support, it's a scam.
